(Note 1) “Provision of property information” does not cover preferential provision of property information to marimo REIT from Mie Bank, Michinoku Bank, Tokyo Star Bank, Chugoku Bank, Kansai Mirai Bank, Hiroshima Bank and Ashikaga Bank. In particular, the support agreements with Michinoku Bank, Chugoku Bank, Hiroshima Bank and Ashikaga Bank are of content that Michinoku Bank, Chugoku Bank, Hiroshima Bank and Ashikaga Bank are to provide property information at their discretion. In addition, the support agreements with Mie Bank and Kansai Mirai Bank do not provide for the provision of information to marimo REIT before third parties or at the same time as third parties.
(Note 2) Marimo transferred all shares it holds in the Asset Manager to Marimo Holdings Co., Ltd. on November 1, 2016 and thus, as of June 30, 2017, Marimo no longer has a stake in the Asset Manager but Marimo Holdings Co., Ltd. is Marimo’s parent company. Marimo Holdings Co., Ltd. continues to hold the shares in the Asset Manager as of June 30, 2017.
